We proudly offer the following Live Arrival Guarantee for all eligible live purchases made through our website.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"438\">Our Guarantee<\/h3><p data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"672\">We guarantee that all live animals purchased on our website will arrive alive. In the event that an animal arrives deceased (DOA), we will issue a refund in the form of <strong data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"629\">store credit only<\/strong>, subject to the conditions outlined below.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"704\">Eligibility Requirements<\/h3><p data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"798\">To qualify for a Live Arrival Guarantee claim, <strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"759\">all<\/strong> of the following criteria must be met:<\/p><ol data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"1291\"><li data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"953\"><p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"953\"><strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"819\">Proof of DOA<\/strong><br data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"822\" \/>You must submit a <strong data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"867\">clear photo or video<\/strong> of the deceased animal <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"928\">inside the original, unopened bag<\/strong> in which it was shipped.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1105\"><p data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1105\"><strong data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"986\">Timeframe for Submission<\/strong><br data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"989\" \/>Proof must be emailed to <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1045\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1043\">support@omegaquatics.com<\/a><\/strong> within <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1104\">2 hours of the package\u2019s recorded delivery time<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1291\"><p data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1137\"><strong data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1135\">Handling Instructions<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1291\"><li data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1187\"><p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1187\">Do <strong data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1153\">not<\/strong> remove the animal from the bag.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1291\"><p data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1291\">Do <strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1203\">not<\/strong> dispose of the bag or animal unless explicitly instructed to do so by our support team.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1363\">Failure to meet any of the above requirements will void the guarantee.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1403\">Important Exclusions &amp; Limitations<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"2024\"><li data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1491\"><p data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1491\"><strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1425\">Shipping Costs<\/strong><br data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1428\" \/>Shipping fees are <strong data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1466\">non-refundable<\/strong> under all circumstances.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1813\"><p data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1655\"><strong data-start=\"1495\" data-end=\"1532\">Shipping Delays &amp; Delivery Issues<\/strong><br data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1535\" \/>We are <strong data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1563\">not responsible<\/strong> for DOAs caused by shipping delays or delivery complications, including but not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1813\"><li data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1729\"><p data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1729\">Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1732\" data-end=\"1753\"><p data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1753\">Missed deliveries<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1813\"><p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1813\">The customer not being present to receive the package<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"2024\"><p data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"2024\"><strong data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"1840\">Local Pickup Orders<\/strong><br data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1843\" \/>Animals or plants collected via <strong data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1893\">Local Pickup<\/strong> are <strong data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1914\">not eligible<\/strong> for any live arrival guarantee or refunds.
