Applied as a credit to the service total after the service is completed and the remaining balance is paid.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">24-Hour Notice<\/span>: Notice given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Two-Week Window<\/span>: The 14 calendar days following the date\/time of a canceled appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Booking &amp; Payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To reserve any appointment, the customer (\u201cyou\u201d) must pay a $30 Scheduling Charge in advance.<\/p>\n<p>When service is completed, the $30 is credited toward your total invoice.<\/p>\n<p>If you reschedule after a cancellation, a new $30 Scheduling Charge is required to secure the new slot (see Section 4).<br><br>If you receive your estimate and choose to cancel within 24 hours of receiving the estimate, the $30&nbsp;<span style=\"text-decoration-line: underline; font-size: 1rem;\">Appointment Deposit<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">&nbsp;will be refunded immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Customer Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With 24-Hour Notice or More:<br>You receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the $30 Scheduling Charge or you may keep the appointment active and reschedule (a new $30 charge may be required to hold a different date\/time\u2014see Section 4).<\/p>\n<p>Less Than 24-Hour Notice (Late Cancellation) or No-Show:<br>The $30 Scheduling Charge becomes a non-refundable cancellation fee.<br>However, if you rebook within the Two-Week Window, you will receive a $30 credit applied to the new appointment\u2019s final invoice (see Section 4).<\/p>\n<p>If you do not rebook within the Two-Week Window, the $30 credit is forfeited.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Rescheduling After Cancellation &amp; Credit Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each new appointment requires a new $30 Scheduling Charge to secure the slot\u2014this is always separate from any credit you may be eligible to receive.<\/p>\n<p>Credits stack only when there is a single prior cancellation within the Two-Week Window for the same customer:<br>If you canceled once and rebook within two weeks, you will receive one $30 credit on the new appointment\u2019s final invoice.<\/p>\n<p>If you canceled, rebooked, canceled again, and then rebooked once more, you may apply only one $30 credit\u2014the most recent one. Earlier credits from prior cancellations are void.<\/p>\n<p>Credits are:<br>Applied after the service is completed and the final balance is due.<br>Non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire if not used within the Two-Week Window.<br>Limited to one $30 previous-cancellation credit per completed service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5) Company-Initiated Cancellations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If we cancel your appointment for any reason and cannot provide the service as scheduled, you are entitled to a 100% refund of all amounts paid, including the $30 Scheduling Charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6) Examples (For Clarity):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example A \u2013<\/span> On-Time Cancellation:<br>You cancel 30+ hours before service. \u2192 Full refund of all amounts, including the $30 Scheduling Charge.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example B \u2013<\/span> Late Cancellation Then Rebook:<br>You cancel 12 hours before service. The $30 becomes a cancellation fee. You rebook within 10 days and pay a new $30 to secure the new slot. After the new service is completed, you receive $60 in credits ($30 from the new booking that\u2019s always applied, plus the $30 late-cancel credit) against the final total.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example C \u2013<\/span> Multiple Late Cancellations:<br>You cancel late, rebook, cancel late again, then rebook. Only one $30 previous-cancellation credit (the most recent one) can be applied to the final invoice for the completed service. The prior $30 cancellation credit is lost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7) Additional Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Access &amp; Safety: If we arrive and cannot safely access the service area, or conditions prevent us from performing the work, this may be treated as a late cancellation at our discretion (including forfeiture of the $30 as a cancellation fee).<\/p>\n<p>Refund Method &amp; Timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
